Shellharbour City Council has just released a set of draft plans that outline where the city is headed over the next decade. These include the Draft Community Strategic Plan 2025–2035, Draft Combined Delivery Program 2025–2029, Operational Plan 2025–2026, Draft Resourcing Strategy, and Draft Rates Policy. Together, these documents form the Council’s long-term vision and priorities, the roadmap for how Shellharbour will grow, evolve and respond to the challenges ahead. But this isn’t a top-down plan. It’s built on one core belief: your voice matters. Why this matters These plans aren’t just about budgets and policies. They’re about the everyday experiences that shape how we live, work and connect in Shellharbour.
